**The position**
As a Commercial Effectiveness SR Analyst, you will:
- Analyse and optimize the performance of frontliners on a daily basis.
- Identify improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and execute projects that generate value for the business.
- Utilize management tools, data analysis, and indicator tracking to achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization, including the sales team, medical team, access team, marketing, and commercial excellence at both local and regional levels.
- Participate in and collaborate on training programs for the frontliners to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Commercial Effectiveness Manager to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the role of Commercial Effectiveness Analyst or similar, preferably in pharmaceuticals, or service companies.
- Language Skills: Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, with advanced knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce, or other business intelligence and CRM tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability, results-oriented, and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with various roles within the company, from operational to managerial levels, with communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
- Project Management: Collaborate in the analysis of metrics, incentive calculations, and lead projects such as developing an action plan to improve current CRM satisfaction levels.
- Innovation and Adaptability: Capable of proposing improvements, innovating, and adapting to changes with a proactive attitude and continuous learning mindset.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a team, with flexibility, organization, and autonomy.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
