**We will count on you to**:

- Understand client risks and support Senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.
- Contribute with new ideas to improve Marsh’s approach with its clients.
- Conduct market researches, build sales presentations and developing sales proposals for prospects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify, evaluate and negotiate insurance carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.
- Support commercial teams in biddings and renewals.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communication, Management or related field.
- Strong communication skills
- Customer focused profile
- Easy to relate to diverse work teams
- Ease of adaptation
- Fluency in English and Spanish. A third language will be an asset.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Growth mindset.
- Eager to learn from a different industry than what you are normally used to.
