**Role Statement**
- Determine how much income is made and understand why, budgeting / forecasting accordingly; and track the profitably and effectiveness of the Card & Loyalty programs within North America

**Responsibilities**
- Collects, reviews, consolidates, reports NA PLSO budget (OPEX, NFM, Headcount) by country/category for monthly stewardship, O&S and Business Plannin
- Track volume / fees / contribution by card type, perform analysis and report to management as required
- Obtain key financial components (retail volume, pump price, etc.) for organizational us
- Provide historical bridges and performance variation explanations to management
- Monthly accruals verification, invoice verifications for vendor charges
- Recommends and implements new reporting tools / financial procedures to improve PLSO activity monitoring and performance tracking
- Monitor financial performance of all Card & Loyalty Initiatives and Programs
- Commit to flawless accounting of monthly financials within non-adjustable time limits on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Provide financial / analytical expertise to Payroll /BA BSC / BAR regarding IOL and US PLSO accounting practices (Allocation processes, Trib Splits, etc.)
- Support Card Programs with timely and accurate reporting of their contribution model while providing ongoing support, guidance & mentoring; support negotiations as needed (PIN Debit incentives, etc.)
- Promote productive communications with Global Retail Support COE / BAR to improve understanding of PLSO business results and their importance to overall Retail returns
- Coordinate, support and assist in development of the annual P&B cycle
- Perform reconciliations, verify contractual rates (Citi Bank, RSF, Gift Cards, Loyalty, etc.)
- Other Ad-hoc analytics requests as required

**Requirements**:
Advanced knowledge in SAP

Advanced knowledge in Excel

Minimum 5 years of experience

Professional knowledge in accounting language.

Advanced english level.

Advanced analyzing abilities.
