**Skills and requirements**
- 5+ years of experience as a developer in a systematic environment, possessing basic technical skills.
- Experience working with Python.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university in computer science, information technology, engineering, or any other related field.
- Practical knowledge of various database and messaging technologies such as SQL, Redis, Kafka, etc.
- Experience in data analysis is valued.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
