PODs are self contained agile teams that are responsible for some or all of the following tasks depending on the client needs
- Analysis of requirements and solution design
- Backlog prioritization & refinement
- Sprint Planning
- Product delivery & testing
- Product support & maintenance

**Requirements**:
Client Requirements
- Languages & Frameworks
- C# and Typescript
- Senior-level.NET experience (.NET core /.NET 5-6 would be great to have here too, but.NET Core 3.1+ at least)
- Cloud Experience
- Mid-to-Senior-level cloud infrastructure experience in Azure
- Understands concepts like containers, auto-scaling/elasticity, microservices, and infrastructure-as-code (ARM documents)
- Nice to have: familiar with API Management services and API security
- Operational
- CI/CD concepts
- Well-versed in git / git-flow
- Familiar with Agile / SCRUM concepts/ceremonies

General Requirements
- EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of applicable Software Development experience
- Experience in Microsoft C#.Net Core Development
- Experience in ASP.Net MVC 3.0+ framework
- Experience in WCF (REST/SOAP) web services
- Experience in logical data modeling
- Knowledge of Open Source Technologies
- Knowledge of AWS
- Familiar with using UML in document design
- Transportation industry domain knowledge desired but not required
- Knowledge of Agile practices
- Approaches software development using industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures
- Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with various team members and/or other groups both internally and externally
- Know how to effectively engage in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
