Main Responsibilities
- Execution of advertising strategy with the ultimate goal of achieving clients' advertising objectives.
- Creation of new ad campaigns based on instructions/strategy.
- Ongoing optimization to gradually improve campaign-level performance.
- Perform audits of ad accounts, based on detailed internal guidelines.
- Research and keep up to date on industry trends and developments.
- Design and perform A/B tests to increase ad performance.
- Perform keyword research
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify improvement opportunities for the campaigns.
- Flag underperforming campaigns, ad groups, etc. if underperforming of if performance fluctuates drastically.
- Document all actions and maintain a clear record of account changes.
- Summarize activities and provide strategic insights for the purpose of client reporting.
- Access to a quiet and professional work environment, as well as reliable internet connection, that will allow to participate in video meetings and perform all tasks effectively.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Google Ads PPC Specialist to join our growing team.

This role is designed for a digital marketing professional who excels in recognizing and understanding client needs, executing advertising strategies, and optimizing ad campaigns for maximum performance.

Highly detail-oriented and organized.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage a high number of client accounts simultaneously.
Proven experience with Lead Generation and E-commerce accounts.
Excellent proficiency with Google Ads.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Experience with Search, PMAX, and Shopping campaigns.
Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and Merchant Center.
Experience in optimizing Shopping feeds.
