**Handl Health Chief Product & Technology Officer Job Description**

**THE ROLE**
We're looking for a smart, passionate and collaborative Senior UX/ UI Product Designer to join our Design team as a full time contractor (40 hours per week) as we design and deliver new offerings to achieve our bold vision of empowering humans to access healthcare with complete peace of mind and financial security.

As Handl Health’s Senior UX/UI Product Designer, you’ll report to the Chief Executive Officer, work hand in hand with the Creative Lead and have one direct report, with a stronger affinity to visual (UI) design. Weeuse Figma, Principle, Jira and Miro and are looking for someone who is comfortable with foundational knowledge of these tools.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead Design delivery, including but not limited to UX research, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, visual design and usability testing, with the objective of creating a best in class product and user experience
- Lead Design operations, including managing design team members, workflow, meetings and delivery to ensure timely completion of work in line with two-weekly Sprint cadence
- Work in partnership with Creative Strategist to ensure alignment of design strategy and operations
- Work in Figma to handoff screens and design specifications to Development teams, buildprototypes and write design documentation as needed
- Work in partnership with Marketing to lead the development, completion and iteration of HandlHealth brand and user interface kit
- Leverage Jira for work planning
- Attend and contribute to all product related meetings including sprint ceremonies - design backlogprioritization, refinement, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning
- Work in Figma to build wireframes and visual screens
- Work with Creative Lead and team to conduct regular user research, UX research and synthesis
- Join weekly reviews to gather feedback and iterate concepts

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent UX/UI skills
- Must have demonstrated success designing products with strong user feedback, with evidence tosupport success
- Prior experience and passion for US healthcare market, preferably within health insurance orhealthcare system/ provider landscapes
- Strong desire to be part of a purpose-led team with unwavering commitment to radically transformhealthcare affordability and accessibility
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Experience with Figma (or similar)
- Can work autonomously and collaboratively
- Can-do attitude

**Salary Range and Start Date**
- $1,000 to $1,800 per month for full compensation package
- Expected start date is 12/1/22
