**What You Will Do**:
We are looking for a creative and organized YouTube Manager/Producer to help us grow our English-language channel from scratch by creating and promoting content that inspires and engages our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a YouTube content strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Oversee video projects from concept to publication.
- Assign tasks to the team (editors, scriptwriters, designers) and ensure quality execution.
- Optimize videos for SEO to maximize reach (titles, descriptions, tags).
- Analyze YouTube metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and participating in discussions.
- Research trends and implement new video formats appealing to our target audience.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- At least one year of experience managing YouTube channels.
- Proficiency in YouTube Analytics, trends, and promotion strategies.
- Content planning and project management skills.
- Creative mindset and understanding of audience needs.
- Ability to work remotely, stay self-motivated, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (B2 or higher).
- Experience with fitness or health-related brands is a plus.
