The team is responsible for making sure that every document required (or already created) by any other team is engaging and crystal clear, be it for internal or external use.
**Your challenges and objectives**:
- Gain an extensive knowledge of Avature’s platform.
- Interact with other teams to understand their documentation needs.
- Acquire a technical vocabulary.
- Write about technically challenging features in a friendly language.
**Your day-to-day activities**:
- Create user documentation for all the platform’s features.
- Proofread documents created by other teams.
- Review UI text and request UI text changes.
- Write processes documentation and put together other technical docs.

- Proficient in English.
- Attentive to detail.
- A technical background is valued.
