Para incorporarse a Importante Empresa de Consumo Masivo estaremos seleccionando un Líder de Soporte de Aplicaciones SAP y No SAP. Se ofrecen excelentes condiciones de contratación.

**Función**:

- Administrar la gestión de demanda, incidentes y proyectos sobre tecnologías SAP y no SAP para atender y dar respuesta a las necesidades planteadas por el negocio, conforme al mapa de aplicaciones de la organización.

**Principales tareas y responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar el equipo funcional, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos técnicos y administrativos del área de Sistemas, conforme a las necesidades del negocio.
- Brindar soporte y gestionar los proyectos implementados, asegurando la operatividad y la mejora continua del sistema de la empresa, cumpliendo con las prácticas y procedimientos establecidos en IT.
- Desarrollar y capacitar el equipo de trabajo a su cargo.
- Administrar proveedores de servicios I.T., con el objetivo de mantener la performance y productividad según los níveles de servicio prestablecidos.
- Asegurar la disponibilidad diaria de los sistemas e implementar los procedimientos operativos necesarios para lograr los planes de contingencia efectivos.
- Revisar y supervisar los problemas locales / regionales, los procesos de gestión de cambios y los procedimientos establecidos, para escalar los inconvenientes presentes.
- Ser el principal punto de contacto para todas las preguntas, actividades y problemas relacionados con los proyectos locales/regionales alineados con dominios funcionales.
- Informar los resultados de las pruebas de continuidad de negocios para las Divisiones.
- Mantener un alto nível de satisfacción de usuarios.
- Elaborar informes de Gestión, de desarrollos e incidentes para ser presentados a nível Gerencial y Directorio

**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:

- Estudios Universitarios: estudiante o graduado en la Licenciatura de Sistemas o carreras afines, (Deseable)
- Mínimo de 3 a 5. años en posiciones similares.
- Conocimientos de SAP, Módulos FI CO, MM, SD
- Conocimientos de ABAP (deseable)
- Conocimientos de PHP, Java, Android (deseable)
- Autonomía. Manejo de las relaciones interpersonales
- Orientación a resultados. Pensamiento analítico
