¿Qué vas a hacer? Acompañar a nuevos ingresos en el proceso de on-boarding. Monitorear los procesos de Performance Review y Talent Review. Gestionar acciones y análisis del impacto de programas en bienestar de los Talentos. Difundir, fomentar y reforzar mediante campañas, actividades y eventos, nuestro ADN cultural. Co-crear las comunicaciones internas para nuestros colaboradores junto al departamento de comunicaciones. Participar en proyectos de concientización y formación de nuestros talentos (te incluye).

Nuestras oficinas se encuentran en Buenos Aires, pero nuestros talentos y clientes están en todas partes. Tenemos clientes de todas las industrias ubicados en distintos países de LATAM.

**Requisitos**:
¿Qué condiciones mínimas debes reunir para aplicar? Se estudiante o haberte graduado de carreras afines a Recursos Humanos. Al menos un (1) año en posiciones similares. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, flexibilidad, entusiasmo, proactividad, mejora continua y empatía.

¿Qué adicionales te harán destacar? Experiência comprobable en manejo de herramientas y plataformas de gestión de talentos. Manejo intermedio de Inglés y/o avanzado de portugués.
