We are searching for the best talent for **Supervisor Financial Planning** to be in **Buenos Aires, Argentina.**

**Purpose**:
**You will be responsible for**:
1) Performs monthly local franchise performance management analysis and supports the business to ensure financial targets are delivered on an ongoing basis and implement corrective actions if needed.
2) Collaborates with local Business Plan process for franchises and functions.
3) Conducts financial analysis for new business opportunities (including capex valuation analysis).
4) Supports pricing execution and S&OP activities.
5) Assists with financial closes and provides support to ensure information is compliant with HCC, SOX, and WW and GAAP procedures for the processes they own.
6) Ad Hoc requirements and projects.

**Calificaciones**
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Finance or Accounting
2) At least 5 years of relevant work experience in finance business partnering/Controlling.
3) Fluent English / Spanish required
4) Solid US GAAP reporting / accounting knowledge
5) Microsoft Office & ERP solid knowledge (SAP)
6) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7) Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills required.
8) Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, plus demonstrates drive and a willingness to take ownership for tasks and responsibilities.
