**Responsibilities**: **Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or project management - Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (due to the business requirement in region) - Proficiency in office workspace tools, with the ability to quickly learn new tools. - Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting senior executives in global organizations. - Proven success in planning and executing large-scale events and leadership offsites. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving processes and operational efficiency. - A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills - Passion for TikTok, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up - Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment Job Information About TikTok TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
