We are looking for an **Influencer Operations Assistant**. The main purpose of this position is to support our Influencer Relations team in product gifting, content tracking and community management.

The position will report to the **Manager, Strategic Partnerships**.

**Responsibilities**
- Fulfill high-volume of product orders with a high level of accuracy and within a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Monitor influencers’ social channels and utilize social tracking tools to capture content.
- Download and organize content to share among internal teams.
- Support team with influencer communication.
- Day to day administrative duties.
- Facebook community management.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (written & oral)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy with data entry
- Ability to stay organized and able to juggle multiple requests and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and social media platforms
- Enthusiastic with a friendly, positive attitude
- Thrive working independently in fast-paced, changing environments

**ENGLISH C1 LEVEL IS A MUST.**
**SALARY $1,200 USD MONTHLY**

**Salary**: From $200,000.00 per month
