**We are searching for the best talent for SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST to be in Argentina or Chile.**

**Purpose**:
As a part of the Deliver team, you will support the S&OP process, supply network planning, inventory, and analytics. You will facilitate the balancing of demand with supply to offer the best product availability and optimize inventory levels.

The role is responsible for planning including supply for local market, new product launch planning, inventory planning and supply network planning for all portfolios. This role is encouraged to navigate key relationships and collaborate as needed across functions to resolve inventory issues.

You will be responsible for:

- Lead analysis & importation of finished products (contact lenses) from USA and conversion from mpks to blisters (12 product’s families and +25.000 SKUs). 4PL and 3PL warehouse delivery coordination. Shipments follow up/ priorities reception communication to the team.
- Control and maintain Chile/ Argentina’s warehouse inventory along with Regional Planning team, Commercial Operations and Marketing, aligned with commercial and SS policies. Publish weekly and monthly inventory level reports. Proactively review expiration dates.
- Periodic revision of forecast vs demand and adjustments proposals.
- Coordinates with CS, Sales team, and clients recovery dates of incomplete requests of stock. Weekly report Back Order Products open by customer and sales rep.
- Weekly report, analysis, and improvement of OFR (Order Fill Rate).
- S&OP Process participation
- Gives Support and implement launch and discontinuations of products. Coordinates with Marketing free Kits of blisters to Clients.
- Transit products provision; expenses reclassification to different areas
- Analysis and gives support in management of 3PL Transportation Budget.
- Process Improvements in all leading processes. Benchmark with other countries (Brazil/ Mexico)
- Finance Support on yearly audit analysis.

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education level: Engineering /Administration / Economics / Accounting or experience related with the work.
- Years of experience: at least 2 years in supply chain, Logistic, Finance or Projects management.
- Data analysis experience and problems solving.
- Strong analytics and IT abilities (SQL/Power BI/Alteryx). High Excel level
- SAP ECC (desirable)
- Basic concepts of Budget and accounting practices

- Intermediate / High English level (required)
