Our people have a high degree of responsibility. **Purpose of the role** Manage and control the strategic and operational management of human resources of the Organization, in order to ensure the integration, development and retention of qualified personnel to achieve the objectives of the Company, ensuring the normal development of relations between the management of the company and union representatives, and also ensuring the full availability of all the personnel in their work posts. (Scope: Trivium Packaging Pilar & Trivium Packaging Madryn). Execute the emergency plans of the plants and coordinate the Safety Management, Occupational Health of the plant, as well as audit, train and raise awareness of the staff on the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases. **Dimensions of job / Responsibilities** - Negotiate working conditions with trade unions that are represented in the Company. Ensuring the availability of unionized personnel throughout the enterprise level, achieving the required flexibility based on the continuous requirements change in the organization and an employment relationship allowing operations. - Manage programs and compensation systems, promoting innovations in this area continuously. Ensure the attraction and retention of human resources, also guarantee the cost-benefit balance for the Company. - Manage and supervise the activities of Personnel Management; Wage settlements; Discipline; Management reports. Ensure the information carrier, control systems, personnel documentation, monitoring and treatment of operating costs disciplinary matters chord with company policy and legal regulations. - Manage the activities of internal communication. Ensure compliance with internal rules and maintaining a good climate. Guaranteeing that corporate messages are communicated to all people in the right time and shape and aligned with corporate strategy. - Manage people development and succession planning. Provide the necessary tools for making decisions on human resources in the organization, ensuring a consistent approach to their treatment; ensure replacements in key positions. - Manage policies and training programs. Ensure the Group's strategy to develop the skills and competencies aligned with organizational goals. - Actively participation in activities with the top management that involves any aspect between business and labor relations, organizational changes, etc. Anticipate and correct deviations and decide the development and implementation of the needs of the business. - Maintain or commitment to comply with policies/procedures/norms and instructions established in the Integrated Management System. - Implement and maintain the SySO Management system in accordance with the ISO 45001 standard. - Supervise the performance and control of safety audits, supporting, together with those responsible, the Safety conditions of the Plant. - Manage and maintain the availability of a body of trained brigade members capable of responding to any emergency situation. - Ensure that the plants comply with current Occupational Hygiene and Safety legislation. - Work together with the Medical Service in order to analyze the causes of absenteeism, taking proactive actions to reduce cases of occupational diseases. - Supervises the definition and execution of the plants' emergency plans (fire network, plant evacuation, fire extinguisher control, contingency plan, etc.) being this and 0 accidents the highest priority for the organization.
