Prime Clients Transfers

**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities**:

- Provide updates and respond to client’s follow ups about transfers, wires and journals.
- Coverage for DTC, FED and International Markets across product class Equities & Fixed Income.
- Analysis and resolution of fails.
- Work directly with brokers / clients & custodians globally to resolve issues related to unmatched exceptions and to ensure a timely settlement.
- Partner with different internal teams in resolving issues to ensure transfers settle on time and thereby enhancing the client experience.
- Monitoring & Adhere to daily work flow queues and ensure work is completed daily and all day to day queries dealt with within required SLAs and escalate issues to the team leader.
- Strong time management skills required to meet the internal and external deadlines/cutoffs.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:

- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of MS Office package: Advance in excel is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Keen eye for details and accuracy
- Team player with a professional, proactive, and positive approach to work
