The company is trusted by 95% of the Fortune 100, including innovative teams at IBM, Intuit, GitLab, Microsoft, and Atlassian. **YOUR MISSION**: As a Customer Support Representative you will respond to customer requests, provide general support and engage with customers to help them achieve their goals.
