**Overview**:
As an Information Security (Infosec) GRC Analyst, you will work with the team and company on formalizing and maintaining different GRC disciplines, such as policy and standards, risk management, regulatory requirements, and other common GRC related tasking. This position will report to the VP, Information Security.

**Job Duties**:

- Develop, maintain, and review Information Security Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Processes
- Advance the existing vulnerability management process into a formal Vulnerability and risk management program.
- Perform and interpret vulnerability scans and some penetration testing.
- Establish and maintain a formal Risk Management Program including formalizing a framework, creating risk assessment requirements, and implementing the program within the company
- Formalize, track and promote the user awareness training for the company
- Implement control monitoring for compliance to Infosec Policies and Standards
- Integrate Infosec GRC programs into a central workflow and monitoring tool
- Participate and ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Develop, assess, and maintain metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) related to all GRC activities.

**Required Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of requirements and control frameworks for European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type1 and Type2, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001, and other state, federal and industry standard frameworks
- Knowledge of Risk Management frameworks and experience with conducting risk assessments
- Experience using common vulnerability scanning tools
- Knowledge and experience in documenting compliance and risk activities.

**General Requirements**:

- Professional Certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including formal report writing
- Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) technologies to the extent of being able to assess these technologies for security controls and potential vulnerabilities.
- Familiar with creating and maintaining report, dashboard, metric, and key performance indicators (KPI).
