**Fluid Truck is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our rapidly growing BA team. Our Specialist will be responsible for helping build and improve the Fluid Truck’s procurement process efficiency, working with cross-functional teams and vendors, supporting cost modeling for service entries and asset management for our Fleet Services.**

**Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina**

Responsibilities include:
Helping build and improve the Fluid Procurement process and cost reduction effortsWorking closely with the cross functional team to approve and add new vehicle parts and tools for purchaseProcessing all Purchase Requests and Purchase OrdersAdding approved new vendors for purchase and provide vendor onboarding and supportSupport tracking inventory, delivery with vendors and communication with internal teamsManage vendor invoicesSupport Request For Quote and vendor quotes for new parts, back ordered and non-OEM partsManage cost to be charged to Borrowers or FVIPs for Lieutenants Service EntriesSupport cost modeling for Service Entries
- Data management for part descriptions.

**Requirements**:
- Must have be a team player and have a can do/will do attitudeDetail oriented and comfortable working with billing dataStrong English SkillsGreat written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast paced environmentExperience managing, organizing and maintaining large quantities of dataCritical thinking skills
- Purchasing experience is a plus
