The
**Data Strategy Associate** will be located in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and will help deliver world-class solutions that address the development of data strategies to optimize data governance and operation, data sourcing strategy, process design, value creation and portfolio analytics, and more. This individual will have high visibility within the firm and work collaboratively with the rest of the Data Strategy team located in North America, Europe and India as well as various practice areas (e.g. Research and Development Excellence, RWE, RWD & I etc.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a comprehensive level understanding and expertise on healthcare data in the US
- Collaborate with ZS’ internal and client-facing teams to define approaches to address our clients’ needs
- Assist in defining capabilities, building frameworks, processes, and tools to support data strategy
- Partner with project leads in delivering projects and assist in project management responsibility such as project plans, people management, staffing and risk mitigation
- Execute projects tasks across different types of engagements, from strategy to implementation
- Collaborate with other team members across the globe and ensure seamless communication and sharing/ undertaking tasks
- Manage direct / indirect client communications as per the assigned responsibility in the project;
- Collaborate with an extended team of diverse skill sets (knowledge management, technologists, business operations, etc.)
- Help build long-term Data Strategy assets and offerings

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree required, with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework(Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Biotechnology)
- Up to 2 years of relevant job experience; prior experience working with consultancy firms, life science companies, or healthcare data providers preferred
- Ability to translate unstructured problems into actionable processes and approaches
- Can think strategically, support definition and management of data standards and protocols;
- Self-starter, with high motivation, maturity and personal initiative
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Empathy, adaptability, and high personal impact
- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks, and delivering in an unstructured environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities;:
ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English and the local office language is required; additional fluency in Portuguese is desirable.
