**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Main responsibilities are related to assure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget while meeting business goals and stakeholder expectations. This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and risks, and ensuring that project deliverables align with the strategic objectives of the business.

Innovation portfolio includes initiatives with high impact to the core business such as Innovation, Revenue Management/Packprice, PWP (Performance with Purpose), Value Engineering, Promotions and Supply Chain, others.

**Your Impact**
- On-time Project delivery. Cross-functional project management, leading project phases (based on stage gate methodology) to flawless execute new products launches, productivities, pricing, promotion, regulatory and reformulation projects in market consumer products, focused on product quality, customer satisfaction, looking for reaching markets faster and increasing profits
- Scope Management. Define and control the project scope to ensure all project objectives are met.
- 100% Innovation Project planning (MS Project). Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize their impact on the project.
- Assure Project Status weekly Reports and Task Compliance status for multifunctional teams
- Lead by-weekly Follow-up meetings with multifunctional teams
- Stakeholder management. Ensure clear communication and collaboration with all multifunctional team (Marketing, R&D, Finance, Operations, Revenue and others)
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation for Cheetah meetings in order to properly approve the initiatives by Excomm SOCO
- Assure a constant alignment with the business needs such as: Agile Mindset, Speed to Grow, Great5. Etc.
- Generate Portfolio Management Reports and MyInnovation Dashbord. Ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in MyInnovation including key deliverables in order to comply with Latam monthly audits.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Fullfill the compliance of annual KPIs including Net Revenue, S2M and On Time Launches.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor Degree on System, Administration or Engineering
- Other: Project Management knowledge; Office + MS Project
- Languages: Spanish and English is a must
- Multi Project and multi Teams coordination in a Consumer Goods Company 2-3 years
- New Project Development Process is a Plus
- PMI certification is a Plus
- Gain experience of managing multiple, simple projects E2E from start to finish, delivering quality timelines & critical paths, risk mitigation plans & x-functional team management skills
- Go deep across the 3 lenses by immersing in physical activities (eg factory trials, consumer groups, capex committee meetings)
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, across a wide range of stakeholders & project teams
- Management of all different project types from simple Change to Breakthrough to learn how to flex your Project management approach in line with the needs of the project
- Broaden understanding of how the 3 lenses can vary across categories by managing projects across multiple categories
- Effectively balancing the needs of stakeholders & teams to drive tough trade off decisions
- Resilience & perseverance when iterating to identify the right solution & keeping the x-functional team energized when scope changes
