**Enterprise Data APS Platform Lead (Flex location)**:
**Enterprise Data APS Platform Lead - Your future position?**

**This role is flexible globally, with the limitation that it should be a Givaudan site.**

**You will**:

- Coordinate and communicate with in-scope third-party products
- Manage major incident RCA (root cause analysis) for their platform
- Escalation point for the business / IT in scope of platform support
- Measure support team performance for the platform including service level achievement
- Assess capacity of the team with APS Domain Manager
- Support regional manager for recruitment and onboarding
- Animate weekly APS platform meeting
- Approve Corrective/Normal Changes within Platform
- Ensure knowledge sharing across the platform team and promote use of the Knowledge Base
- Nominate transition lead on project
- Follow problem management and support CI ideas within the platform scope
- Ensure security rules are followed
- Retrieve lists of outstanding issues with new release/project (During Closure phase).

**You?**
- IT degree or similar
- Proficiency in English
- 3+ years experience in IT service management experience
- Experience with IT services management and understanding of incident, request, problem and change management processes
- Basic knowledge of information management practices and system development life cycle management,
- Understanding of master data concepts
- Experience in continuous improvement methodology
- Flexiblity and problem-solving skills
