Technical Manager

**Job Title: Senior Technical Manager - API & Integration Platforms**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Technical Manager**to lead our API and Integration team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in **MuleSoft**, **Informatica**, **Azure Data Factory**, and other modern integration platforms. You will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable integration solutions while managing a small to mid-size team of engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Management**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration engineers and developers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.
- **Technical Strategy & Execution**
- Define and drive the API and integration strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, and other tools.
- Ensure best practices in API lifecycle management, including design, security, monitoring, and governance.
- **Project Delivery**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Infrastructure to deliver high-impact integration projects.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- **Stakeholder Communication**
- Act as the technical point of contact for integration-related initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong expertise in **MuleSoft Platform**and **APIs**:

- Strong experience with **Informatica**, **Azure Data Factory**, and other ETL/ELT tools.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in integration solutions.
