**We are looking for an**experienced Data Engineer** to join our team for a short-term project with one of our clients. The role focuses on designing and implementing a**data warehouse solution** in**G. BigQuery**, ensuring**efficient data centralization** and integration.**

This is a freelance position with a 9-week timeline, offering flexible working hours. You will work closely with stakeholders and participate in weekly meetings to align deliverables.

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Warehousing**: Design and implement a **data warehouse solution in Google BigQuery**.
**SQL Development**: Write **advanced SQL queries** for data transformation, optimization, and reporting.
**Data Integration**: Centralize and structure data pipelines from multiple sources, including marketing data.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**: Participate in **weekly meetings** to align with business requirements and technical needs.
**Optimization & Performance**: Ensure efficient query performance and data storage optimization.
**Documentation**: Maintain clear documentation for data structures, workflows, and transformations.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery.
- Advanced SQL skills strong experience in data transformation and query optimization.
- Experience working with large-scale data warehouses and data pipelines.
- English: Advanced level (spoken and written) ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Experience managing stakeholders in data projects.
- Availability for a short-term freelance contract (9 weeks) with flexible working hours.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience handling marketing data from Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Knowledge of Supermetrics for data extraction.
