Labor Relations Advisor

This position provides advice and guidance on labor relations issues.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

- Negotiates at the highest level with the leaders of the Hierarchical Union as well as Base Union, related to Chevron’s interests in Argentina.
- Represents Chevron within the Upstream Chamber formed by the Exploration and Production companies and Argentina Labor Ministry where salaries and Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated.
- Sets strategic direction and provides expert labor relations and labor law guidance to the Leadership Team in Argentina.
- Manages labor relations negotiations for our employees and contractors, working with internal stakeholders and Union representatives in the field
- Maintains a link with Corporate Labor Relations Teams.

Required Qualifications:

- University degree in Law or Labor Relations is preferred
- At least between 10-15 years experience in Labor Relations preferably in Oil & Gas industry
- Team player and interpersonal abilities, analytical and proactive skills.
- Ability to build relationships and stakeholders networks with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with an advanced level of English.

Special Considerations:

- Position will be based in Buenos Aires or Neuquen City
- Position involves a frequent travel to the field's operations based in Neuquen.

**Relocation Option**:
Relocation will not be considered.

**International Considerations**:
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
