We are looking for an experienced and fluent in English Head of Accounting and Administration for Gentle Farming, an Agtech start up and spin-off of Bioceres Holding Group based in the US and Argentina, focused on designing sustainable and innovative agricultural equipment
Full time - 100% remote capable in Argentina.

**What you will be doing**:
Manage the day-to-day global operations of the Administrative and Finance Department, including:
✔️Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and payroll for the parent company
✔️Select and oversee external accounting firm to manage accounting for subsidiaries
✔️Develop financial plans (monthly, quarterly, annual), income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet
✔️Work with external auditors and provide needed information for the audits. Ensure compliance with GAAP local, state, federal, and international government accounting requirements
✔️Create and track key operational metrics; recommend benchmarks that will be used to measure the company’s performance
✔️Set up firmwide controls to track revenues and expenses
✔️Support global initiatives from an Accounting perspective
✔️Deliver reports, documentations, projects, presentations, and other materials as may be required by the CEO and/or CFO ad hoc

**Requisitos**:
**What you should have**:
Between 5 and 8 years of experience in an equivalent role, in an accounting / audit firm, or in the accounting department of a company
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management
Demonstrated ability and comfort with financial modeling and Excel
Advanced oral and written English skills
