**QAQC Supervisor**

Activities include but are not limited to:

- Direct quality control processes in the plant. Maintains the quality system to comply with API (American Petroleum Institute) and ISO (Industry Standards Organization) standards and the global quality requirements of the corporation;
- Develop Quality Control Plans. Coordinate quality efforts within the various teams. Answer quality-related questions and develop and clarify quality procedures. Meets with manufacturing and assembly personnel, subcontractor(s), suppliers, and customer representative inspectors to ensure planning is carried out correctly and to resolve any Quality control/assurance issues. Ensure compliance with the Quality Plan of subcontractors and suppliers. Ensures that quality measures are met;
- Track and monitor quality performance;
- Support and participate in the internal team of auditors of the Quality System. Perform or support ISO audits of sister plants;
- Act as a link for the quality systems of satellite plants. Assist in the implementation of ISO Quality Systems in satellite plants;
- Investigate Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and Non-Conformity Reports (NCR). Identify families of similar or recurring problems and identify opportunities for preventive action;
- Initiate and lead quality improvement processes. Train people inside and outside the quality department, on issues related to quality.

**You are meant for this job if**
- Degree in Engineering;
- Experience in the area and in supervisory or managerial positions preferably
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, data management, systems analysis, requirements of API standards (American Petroleum Institute) and ISO 9001 Quality standards;
- Knowledge of process improvement and problem solving techniques, such as Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis, etc;
- Possess PC management and knowledge of word processing, calculation tables and presentation software. - You must know quality audit processes;
- Advanced Spanish and English.
