**What you will do**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide additional support for billing and order-to-cash processes
- Conduct research and analysis on products
- Develop training programs and assessments for consultants
- Prepare and deliver regular reports upon request
- Carry out responsibilities in line with team training and policy
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Strong networking knowledge
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable, billing, and order-to-cash processes
- Customer support experience with cloud (SaaS) products
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Sales-savvy, experienced in administrative office work, and excellent interdepartmental and client communication
- A service-driven attitude towards all work - ensuring we provide the best service possible, as quickly as possible, to all customers
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

- Salesforce certifications or accounting knowledge
