Technical Analyst, Web Development

As a member of our Templates Analysis team, you’d use your analytical skills and understanding of our versatile platform to optimize the creation of our portals. You’d be a nexus between our development and business areas, providing expertise to determine the best way to respond to our customers’ needs through portal design.**Your challenges and objectives**:

- Thoroughly understand our sophisticated platform.
- Ensure that requests for portal creation are viable and optimal by maintaining effective communication between our business and development teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in our portal creation process.
- Develop a criterion to prioritize requests.
- Add value to the development of our portals by being a facilitator for the interaction between different teams.

**Your day-to-day activities**:

- Examine portal creation and modification requests for feasibility and optimization.
- Understand our clients’ business needs and work with our consultants and account managers to implement Avature.
- Collaborate with our Sales Engineering team to offer clients viable solutions to their specific needs.
- Work with our templates development team and our QAs to ensure portals are well-designed and bug-free.
- Answer inquiries and spread knowledge of currents and new functionalities internally.
- Organize your workflow by assigning the adequate priority to requests for the creation or modification of our portals.

**About you**:

- Excellent problem solving skills, analytical thinker.
- Great communicational skills.
- Very good level of English (written and oral).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, TWIG, PHP, JS, CSS
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Eager to work in a self-driven environment.
- A technical background is valued.
