The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Analytics team uses quantitative analysis to answer strategic questions, develop new metrics, and inform the mental models of leaders focused on providing high-quality data-specific answers to the most important questions. This team needs to have a high impact for logistics, but also to help improve seller and customer experience. You will be developing dashboards, analysis, mapping opportunities and innovation, will work on projects, support logistics leaders for decision making ,help set up metrics, explain what drove the SLA and support executives identify and seize strategic opportunities. The outputs are a mix of data tables, Slides, SQL queries. Your work will have an influence across nearly every SLS team and your deliverables will drive the area.**Responsibilities**:

- Dive deep analysis to identify root cause and problem
- Find opportunities to improve the logistics experience
- Prepare and participate recurrent Ops calls, business reviews, QBRs, Customer Service workshops (to support the improvement plans)
- Make reports related to the information analyzed
- Analyze databases and find opportunities to improve the logistics experience
- Create scalable & transparent reporting mechanisms
- Create automatic mechanism for data ingestion

- Bachelor’s Degree (completed) in Mathematics/Data Science/Statistics/Engineering
- High ability to pull data from numerous databases(using SQL and python) and to perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
- Develop predective metrics to assist with driving business results - Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered
- Strong communication and writing skills necessary to build effective working relationships and positively influence decision making
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive project deliverables
- Experience writing highly optimised, advanced SQL queries for large datasets
- Knowledge in Data Viz to get insights from storytelling with Data Studio and Power BI
- Notions of statistics applied to data and experience with Python
