**What You Will Do**:

- Audit/ process contract freight forwarding Invoices
- Approve / code steamship line invoices
- Approve/ code Import freight invoices
- Approve/ code invoices pertaining to equipment leases
- Approve/ code warehouse storage invoices
- Approve 3rd party carrier invoices
- Audit/Process tariff and duties invoices as needed.
- Provide reporting as requested

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel Knowledge)
- Experience working with SAP ERP System
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s in Finance related program
- Advanced English Level

**Knowledge**
- Process and detail oriented
- Ability to analyze data & deliver results
- Strong interpersonal skills and works well in a team environment
