**Position Summary**

The Purchasing Agent will play a key role in supporting the company’s supply chain operations by managing the procurement of essential materials, components, and services. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract and price negotiations, while evaluating supplier performance.
- Issue purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery aligned with production and operational timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure purchasing aligns with inventory needs and budget parameters.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, cost data, and supplier information within ERP systems.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably within consumer electronics, fitness equipment, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and organization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and standard office software tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
