**HR Transformation & Employee Experience**
**_Tasks and Responsibilities:_**
- Contributes to deliver simple core processes & tools to enable people leaders to unleash the value of their talent.
- Based on data analytics, supports the execution of HR strategies in close collaboration with HRBP, advisors, focus areas and our business to deliver employee centricity solutions.
- Enhance HR functional effectiveness from a “one-Bayer” perspective, ensuring better alignment across the business.
- Drives value in M&A and business transformation project delivery
- With focus on specific topics (Total Rewards, Organizational Design, Integrated talent management, Labor Relations), ensures efficiency and continuous improvement, through agile execution and interaction.
- Stays up to date on HR Ops solutions and processes when linked to the responsibilities of Advisors and is the main link between Advisors and HR Ops / solutions.
- It´s part of a flexible & agile team able to participate and to lead different projects and to change from the focus on a key HR topic to another in order to address the business/organization talent strategy. To achieve this flexibility the job holder, despite belongs to HR Ops structure, fluidly interacts with all HR team and can rotate to different HR structures.
- Connects and co-develops specific solutions with dedicated HRBP or other HR functions when standardization it´s not possible.
- Provides a perspective of agility and data analytics, promoting HR new ways of working and contributing to the development and upskilling of the HR team.
**_Qualifications and competencies:_**
- University Degree or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in HR and/or Customer Experience.
- Able to develop people analytics and data insights
- Digital skills and IT background.
- .Eager and role model in delivering employee experience solutions
- Business acumen and curiosity.
- Learning agility and proved flexibility skills
- Ability to work in a matrix, collaborating, connecting and being responsible. Into dynamic, uncertain and changing environments.
- Lean & fast
- English language fluency
