We are looking for a senior leader to join our Buenos Aires team as a Program Delivery Lead, with experience in leading multi-team engagements. You may have previously held titles such as Senior Manager or Program Manager. As a vision setter and someone responsible for the overall success of the engagement, you’ll align the teams with our clients’ goals and outline a path to achieve them. Through your leadership, you’ll establish the proper structure, practices, tools, and support to achieve those goals.   • Led multiple Scrum teams simultaneously, in the spirit of Servant Leadership and readiness to be hands-on as needed
  • Managed annualized labor budgets while delivering to team commitments within the approved budget
  • Mastered Agile Scrum roles, artifacts, ceremonies and best practices - with the ability to communicate and teach processes effectively to teams and clients
  • Coached/mentored team members, helping them to unlock their potential
  • Expert in Enterprise software delivery, including the ability manage a client’s transition from Waterfall to Agile
  • Keen sense for predicting delivery issues and risks, accompanied by methodical remediation to remove blockers and driving continuous improvement
  • 10+ years of project delivery experience, in the role of Program Manager, Scrum Master, and/or Project Manager
  • 5+ years of Agile project delivery experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

You’ll be working next to industry experts to pave the future of digital transformation in the enterprise by:

  • Managing and growing client relationships at a strategic level
  • Facilitating all necessary meetings at the program level - scrum of scrums, program demos, and program governance / weekly status with clients
  • Facilitating Agile release planning and helping the PO manage the release backlog.
  • Coaching the teams in Agile relative estimation techniques, cross-functionality, and self-organization
  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating project issues and risks
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially concerning defining and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Ensuring transparency in the team’s work through the sprint backlog, burndown chart, and other Agile metrics
  • Leading by example - knowing when and how, to push for more results
  • Proactively identifying and removing impediments (i.e. blockers, risks, and issues) that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint commitments
  • Being the coach and all-around advocate for the Agile Scrum delivery methodology amongst project team and client stakeholders
