- The SOC's job is to monitor and resolve issues that arise related to cybersecurity. This role not only responds to threats and breaches, but is also a key figure in taking proactive steps to prevent cyber attacks that may target all services offered by FOS._
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_
- Address all Trend Micro alerts promptly._
- Monitor and take necessary actions on Vade alerts displayed on the dashboard._
- Ensure that all responsible dashboards are issue-free and healthy by the end of the day._
- Manage whitelist and blacklist configurations._
- Handle phishing incident responses._
- Oversee password-related security matters._
- Tackle spam-related issues._
- Address other security concerns as they arise._

- **Qualification**:_
- Associates Degree in IT or a related field, OR 1-2 years of experience in IT, or a related field._
- Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and threat management._
- Proficiency in using security tools including TrendMicro, Teams App, Autotask, Datto RMM, Vade, Duo and Office 365._
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)._
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH) are a plus._
- **Experience**:_
- One to two years of proven experience in a technical support role within a security operations environment._
- Hands-on experience with incident response, threat detection, and security tool management._
- Demonstrated ability to handle security incidents and breaches effectively._
- Experience in conducting post-incident analysis and implementing security improvements._
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices._
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills._
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams._
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure._
- Work Location: Remote_
- Work hours: 9 Am to 5 Pm EST, Mondays - Fridays_

- Expected hours: 40 per week_

Pay: $5,381.00 - $6,457.00 per hour
