**Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultants** deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. Consultants possess unstructured problem-solving skills as well as strong analytic, synthesis and communication skills. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership. The SCM team work closely with major Life Sciences clients globally providing analysis and insight on ongoing and upcoming processes.

**What**you’ll** do**:

- Lead end to end projects using OT and IT technologies to solve complex business problems
- Help clients achieve Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing objectives with efficient solutions leveraging technology, data and analytics
- Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach
- Provide technology expertise to maximize value for clients and project teams
- Drive strong delivery methodology to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client’s satisfaction
- Ensure technology solutions are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and cost
- Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team meetings
- Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas
- Contribute to internal firm activities
- Work globally with team members to ensure a smooth project delivery
- Guide coach and mentor project team members for continuous learning and professional growth
- Demonstrate expertise, facilitation, and strong interpersonal skills in internal and client interactions
- Bring structure to unstructured work for developing business cases with clients

**What**you’ll** bring**:

- Experience in manufacturing within process-based manufacturing industry, pharmaceuticals industry would be preferred, i.e., either from working at a pharma company or a life sciences consultancy in this space.
- Awareness / Experience in the digitization of manufacturing processes, and ideally a good understanding of Manufacturing 4.0 or Smart Manufacturing.
- Understanding of data generated across systems used in process manufacturing like MES, Historians, LIMS, QMS, SAP, etc. and leveraging data for bringing efficiency, tracking KPIs like OEE, process improvements, yield optimization, improving quality, reducing waste, etc.
- Awareness / Experience of standards like ISA 95, ISA 88, Purdue architecture models
- Experience in designing data architecture, collecting data from OT systems, data lakes, API frameworks, data management is a plus
- Masters or Bachelor's (and often graduate) degrees with a strong academic record in technology, automation engineering, industrial engineering, data science, life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields.
- Up to 3 years of relevant work experience, and total of 3-5 years of work experience.
