We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires you to work closely with our clients, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining their network infrastructure. In addition, you will also be required to troubleshoot and resolve escalated network-related issues, working efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure optimal network performance for our clients.
**Responsibilties**:
Implement, administer, and troubleshoot our clients' network infrastructure devices, including access points, firewalls, switches, etc.
Proactively address escalated network-related issues from our clients, deploying effective solutions quickly.
Maintain detailed documentation of all network configurations, changes, and problem resolutions within the client's network.
Propose and implement strategies to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our client's network environments.
Monitor clients' networks, troubleshoot problems and outages, schedule upgrades, and work closely with other IT staff to optimize network performance.
Adhere to established configuration and change management policies to ensure all client network infrastructure changes are approved and accurately recorded.
**Time Schedule**: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm USA Central Time USA / 11am to 8PM ARG TIme

**Requisitos**:
Proven experience as a Network Engineer (4 years).
Expertise in networking technologies such as LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networks.
Hands-on experience with network hardware like Cisco and Fortinet.
Experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, etc.
Strong understanding of network security protocols and measures.
Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
Prior experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a plus.
Familiarity with ITIL and EOS frameworks is a plus.
