**Role Summary**
- The Solutions Architect L1's primary role is to maintain the equipment's part number and pricing in the system for standard products up to date. Also assist the Senior team with the back-office work.- Location: Anywhere in Argentina- Remote Options: RemoteNote: Please, submit your resume/CV in English.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Proactive liaison with sales team to provide timely responses to engineering requirements in the quotation process.
- Creates & maintain network drawings, Statement of Works, equipment lists (Kits) and gathering of technical specs required for standard solutions.
- Create network/systems topology drawings.
- Assist SA’s with updating Salesforce opportunities with required documents.
- Participate in Sales Handoff meetings.
- Assists the Sales department with the creation of rate tables and pricing.
- Maintains documentation on shared drive.
- Escalate customer requirements to Product development team to meet customer requirements not currently meet by existing solutions.

**What We're Looking For**
- Considering t echnical school current students or recent graduates or associate degree in related technical field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support and sales engineering roles.
- K nowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP and general network theory.
- U nderstanding of Cisco equipment, satellite antenna systems and VOIP technologies
- 30-40% international travel required, including training, customer visits and support, trade shows, etc.
- CCNA certification is a plus.
- US travel visa preferred.
- Knowledge of RF engineering principles and satellite technology.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Strong written and oral communication skills desired, fluent in English and Spanish is required.
