**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective data architecture solutions.
- Design and implement data models, pipelines, and integrations to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning.
- Oversee ETL processes, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from various data sources into data lakes, data warehouses, or other storage solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing best practices in data governance and compliance.
- Conduct technology evaluations and implement proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to explore new data solutions and tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines, models, and storage solutions to maintain high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture, data models, and data flows.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations in data architecture, proposing improvements to support future scalability and functionality.
**Requirements**:
- **5+ years** of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a similar role.
- Proficient in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing, with experience in technologies like **SQL Server, Snowflake, or BigQuery**.
- Hands-on experience with **ETL/ELT processes** and data integration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, Informatica).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure,** or **Google Cloud Platform**, especially with data services.
- Familiarity with data governance practices and tools, including **data lineage, cataloging,** and **security**.
- Knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases, with experience in designing scalable solutions.
- Solid understanding of data privacy, security standards, and best practices in data compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective data solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
