Backend Developer

Overview:
We are seeking an outstanding backend engineer with a consistent track record of delivering customer-centric user experience in high growth, especially in early-stage startup environments.

**Requirements**:
As part of the team you will:

- Perform UI tests to optimize performance
- Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Gather and address technical and design requirements
- Provide training and support to internal teams
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features

Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:

- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Working experience with Flask, Django (or similar) frameworks
- Good knowledge of MongoDB or Postgres or MySQL, writing efficient queries, data modeling
- Experience with data profiling and code quality
