**Role Overview**:
As Social Media Marketing Manager at the company, you’ll spearhead the growth of the organic social media presence, creating engaging content and building vibrant online communities. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy marketer with a flair for storytelling and a drive to make a measurable impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Social Media Leadership
- Manage and grow Handoff’s social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and WhatsApp).
- Develop and implement content strategies to increase followers and engagement.

Content Creation
- Edit raw video content into social media posts optimized for short-form platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) using tools like CapCut.
- Produce written content tailored to platform-specific audiences.

Community Management
- Oversee and grow Facebook and WhatsApp groups.
- Launch and manage cohesive social media campaigns.

Data-Driven Marketing
- Analyze metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the impact of campaigns.
- Run experiments to optimize strategies for content, platforms, and frequency.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:

- Experience managing social media channels for a tech company.
- Strong ability to translate technical details into engaging, social-friendly content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma).

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience launching social media profiles from scratch.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
