**Role Objective**:

- Rappi is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to join our team as an KAM Multivertical on our Expansion Team
- Rappi is our company’s hypergrowth fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers across Latin America. Rappi allows restaurants, grocers, and retailers to enable ecommerce fulfillment for their first-party experiences.
- As part of the centralized Expansion team focused specifically on our most nascent cities & microzones, the City Manager will have the opportunity to help define, scale, and optimize Rappi’s next biggest bets.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- You should be obsessed with your city weekly improvements in three key major variables: assortment, service and operational metrics.
- You should wake up every morning and look how each one of those performed in the previous day and come up with clear plans for each
- Closing and launching top Local heroes exclusivities (restaurants)
- Restaurant densification efforts with restaurants in your region
- Optimize service, growth and assortment.
- Making the best of your existing partners: promoting them & their offers through local channels
- Service levels in your city: (restaurants & CPGs)
- Long tail (hunting & farming) performance in your city

**Key Requirements**:

- Oscillates easily from strategic considerations to tactical execution
- Displays extreme ownership across every workstream while moving projects forward
- Maintains a careful balance between attention to detail and swift execution
- Operates comfortably in ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong bias for action
- Communicates precisely dependent on audience and level of detail necessary to share
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional team members across the organization
- Represents the Rappi brand with humility and a customer-first mindset
- 3+ years of cross-functional business and analytical experience
- Experience in a complex or high-growth environment required
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Masters Degree a plus

**Desired Requirements**:

- It is a must to attend to Buenos Aires office twice a week
