Responsbilities - Conduct full process of functional duties such as recruitment activities - Prepare complex and ad hoc statistical reports that less experienced member cannot handle - Work on projects as a project member - Address staff's enquiry related to HR policies and guidelines that junior HR members cannot handle - Act as back up for Assistant Manager as required Education - Bachelor in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience Work Experience - 4+ years in human resources experience or equivalent **Skills**: - Sound knowledge in Employment and other related Ordinance of HR management such as Family Status Ordinance - A team player as well as an independant member, committed, takes initiative with service mindset - Willing to help grow less experienced team members - Willing to learn and share knowledge with other members - Aware of the importance of people analytics and able to incorporate in projects/daily operations with manager's guidance Language - Good English Leadership Competence '- Collaborates: Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
