Junior Implementations Tech Support

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Implementation Tech Specialist role is a client facing role, who will act as an assistant for the Technical Implementation Manager to implement JPMorgan products, including bank accounts, payments and collections solutions, bank statements, etc.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the Technical Implementation Managers throughout the life cycle of an Implementation Request, including but not limited to:

- Participate in client calls and internal project status meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Follow-up on and track takeaways and deliverables to completion
- Use tracking tools and systems to document and update the current project status, issues, and risks. Enrich the systems with additional data and pertained documents
- Assist with file testing of different Technical Implementations products
- Support various documentation and metrics
- SharePoint management

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**
- Fluent written and spoken in English language (mandatory)
- University degree (completed or in progress)
- Attention to details and ability to multi-task
- Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution
- Team player and willingness to collaborate
- Technical skills and/or willingness to learn about file testing and tech matters involved in the role
- Experience with SharePoint management a plus
