In this role you will be responsible for:

- Establishes delivery objectives for managers and/or teams of professionals across assigned areas.
- Responsible for managing the largest groups of team members, which also include lower-level leaders.
- Responsible for largest accounts that are the most complex from a client and product integration perspective.
- Accounts are of highest dollar values and strategic importance.
- Responsible for delivery and client satisfaction on all engagements and clients.
- Serves as highest point for escalation issues.
- Viewed as an expert in delivery management best practices.
- Serves as technical authority within the company and with clients.
- Manages multiple programs and the coordination and direction of the largest third-party partner relationships.
- Mentors and develops other Delivery Management leaders.
- Develops innovative solutions, systems and products to support withing the company

Required Skills for the Position:

- 10 or more years’ experience at overseeing and managing largest and most complex accounts.
- 10 or more years of leading large cross-functional teams including global teams.
- 10 or more years of being able to direct and lead large groups of people at all levels within the organization.
- 10 or more years' experience managing very large third-party relationships across geographies and/or industries in the successful achievement of client satisfaction levels.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
