Founded in Fall 2023, Howard Financial has quickly expanded to serve over 35 high-growth companies across diverse industries. We’re looking for a communicative and entrepreneurial accountant to join our finance team and help deliver accurate and timely reporting for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP & AR): Manage invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients to gather financial information and resolve inquiries.

**Preferred Skills & Characteristics**:

- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per month
