**Un día en la vida de**
- Asistencia Gral. Dirección de Supply Chain (Agenda, convocatorias reuniones, Teams, viajes, Liquidaciones, Gastos Alq. Concur)
- Recupero de Gastos y atención a reclamaciones respecto a procesos administrativos con gestión de Facturas Miscelaneas. (NWA). Ingreso y registro en el sistema de ICO form (por compra de materias Primas y de viajes)
- Gestión y Administración de las Solicitudes de Pedido y su correspondiente seguimiento de entrega de O/C, recepción de Servicio y/o material (GR).( SHE & Env., APP. Group, Regulatory, Packaging). Sistema SAP y Easy Buy.
- Recepción Gestión, Administración e Ingreso en el Spoint de Finanzas de Facturas de Gordó Llobel (Inscripción de marcas y productos) con detalle de CECO y Cuenta de cada negocio, correspondientes a FO anuales, evitando parqueos y bloqueos.
- Recepción y gestión de transferencia por WFlow de VEPs, del ANMAT.
- CONCUR: Gestión y Liquidaciones de viajes Gerente y reportes de los cuales tengo asignados sus Perfiles. Asistencia en Gral. a todo el Teams con la coordinación de los viajes (Comunicación con BCD).
- Control y entrega Reportes VISA de todo el Team y sus reportes.
- Coordinación eventos internos y externos.
- Provisión todo tipo de insumos utilizados por la División de Supply Chain.
- Contacto con Servicios Generales Comunicadora de todo el DPTO. Fcas. Y otros Sectores (Compras, Mkt, Finan, RRHH, NWA, etc.)
- En casos de Ingreso de Personal, asistencia, gestión de insumos, roles, etc.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en posiciones similares
- Perfil orientado al detalle y proactividad
- Manejo de Paquete Office
- Conocimiento de SAP será un PLUS. No excluyente.
- Inglés Avanzado
