**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Manage operational expense budgets and provide visibility to financial targets.
- Support and influence key operational and strategic decisions.
- Improve the impact and understanding of financial reporting on business performance.
- Establish partnerships and maintain strong relationships with the business.
- Manages business and financial planning process, to support yearly plan, Mid-Year Commitment (MYC) and Long Range Plans for assigned areas, in alignment with the Company strategy.
- Leads, develops or contributes to all KPI’s pertaining to assigned business areas.
- Owns P&L top to bottom for its assigned areas, variance analysis against budget or any other subsequent forecast revision.
- Planning & forecasting.
- Preparation of the monthly results sign off with insightful commentary on financial performance indicators.
- Preparation of Capex and local macroeconomic indicators.
- FTE analysis and reporting.
- Ensures both routine and ad-hoc SAM Finance data requests are prepared accurately, submitted timely and with the highest level of quality.
- Looks for new ways to analyze and report results, leveraging Global Tools.
- Supports the development and consolidation of functional budgets under Takeda´s Cost Package guidelines.
- Provides ad-hoc reporting to support requests from financial management.
- Supports Head of FP&A in designing, assigning and monitoring relevant controls in processes and company performance.
- To perform product profitability analysis by therapeutic area & brands.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education & Experience**
- University degree in Administration or Accountancy.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance (desirable).
- Desirable experience in financial planning process.
- English (written and spoken).
- MBA a plus.
- SAP ERP knowledge a plus.
- Strong financial knowledge.
