**Your role**:

- Responsible for business KPIs setting and performance analysis.
- Responsible for financial reporting, cost center controlling, assets and free cash flow analysis
- Responsible for MTA, MBR and FC processes (timeline/country calls/financial presentations/data quality).
- Develops bottom line monthly executive commentary during the closing process.
- Performs critical analysis and review on P&L, Balance Sheet, Net Capital Employed and Headcount actual
- performance and forecast changes.
- Ensures transparency, analysis and effective communication to internal stakeholders on allocated costs, SG&A,
- COGS, FCF, Headcount and advise opportunities for productivity improvement.
- Promotes and influences best practices exchanges, standardized processes, and reporting.
- Provides transparency and guidance supporting trade-off decisions.
- Drives key initiatives into the business.
- Evaluates and drives implementation of digitalization and automation opportunities to streamline and simplify
- existing workflows.
- Direct support to DI Heads on executive presentations
